How can I sample your products?
The Stem Organics Sample Kit is a very affordable way to try most of our products. It also includes free shipping and a $10 gift voucher. Alternatively retail outlets that stock our products also have testers. Unfortunately we are unable to send you free samples.
How soon should I use the product after opening?
All products have an expiry date somewhere on the bottle (base or neck) and all labels have an open jar symbol with 6M inside which indicate it's best to use the product within 6 months of opening. (The Face Fluids and Fresh Start Serum labels are being updated with this logo.)
Do I need to keep Stem Organics products in the fridge?
There is no need to keep the products in the refrigerator, though if you wish to do so this is no problem. Just keep them out of direct sunlight like on a bathroom windowsill or in a hot car. The packaging also helps protect the products, with the dark brown glass helping to protect from the light while the pump heads protect from finger contamination and oxidisation.
Are your products certified organic?
Stem Organics products contain up to 95% certified organic ingredients. Each ingredient that is certified organic is listed as so on the product labels and the website. The labels also state which organic certifying organisation certifies which ingredient.
The remaining ingredients are natural and are things like natural vitamins and minerals (unable to be certified organic), wild grown ingredients or naturally based emulsifiers for example. We aim to have the full products (rather than just the individual ingredients) certified organic by the end of this year.

Can I cancel my order after I place it online?
Once your order is placed your credit card is automatically processed, therefore we are unable to cancel your order.
I have placed my order online and I forgot to add a product. Can you add it for me?
As we do not store your credit card details you will need to place another order for the item you forgot. Send us an email after you have done so and we will send you a coupon for the extra shipping charges you have paid for use on a future order.
