Which products are suitable for me? I am pregnant.
All Stem Organics products are suitable for use in pregnancy, as we do not use any essential oils in doses that would cause a problem, nor use the essential oils listed below. As you can absorb up to 60% of what you use on your skin it is particularly important at this time in a woman's life to avoid synthetic ingredients wherever possible.

For your extra information, pregnant women should avoid products containing high strengths of the following essential oils:

* Basil, Sweet (or Lemon Balm or Melissa) - Melissa officinalis
* Bay Laurel - Laurus Nobilis
* Calamintha - Calamintha officinalis
* Cedarwood, Atlas - Cedrus atlantica
* Celery Seed - Apium graveolens
* Cinnamon Leaf - Cinnamomum zeylanicum
* Citronella - Cymbopogon nardus
* Clary Sage - Salvia sclarea
* Clove Bud - Syzygium aromaticum
* Cumin - Cuminum cyminum
* Fennel, Sweet - Foeniculum vulgare
* Hyssop - Hyssopus officinalis
* Juniper Berry - Juniperus communis
* Labdanum - Cistus ladanifer
* Lovage - Levisticum officinale
* Marjoram, Sweet - Origanum marjorana
* Myrrh - Commiphora myrrha
* Nutmeg - Myristica fragrans
