Orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving them, so please add this time to expected delivery times. Delivery times vary depending on your location and your proximity to a capital city.

Taxes & Duties for International Deliveries
Products imported for personal use under certain monetary amounts are often exempt from taxes or duties charged by the Customs department of many countries. 

For example orders under $200USD for the USA and 135 Pounds for the UK are customs duty free. If uncertain please contact your country’s customs organization as Stem Organics is not liable for any tax or duty charged upon you importing product.

Other
Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.
